The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(4) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003[1] and of all powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order: Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st November 2003. Prescribed conservation bodies 2. The bodies listed in Parts I and II of the Schedule to this Order are prescribed to be conservation bodies under section 38(4) (conservation burdens) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003.
