بعض الأدوية الزراعية)
بناء على محضر اللجنة المكلفة
إعادة درس منع إستيراد بعض الأدوية الزراعية
بناء على إقتراح
مدير عام وزارة الزراعة (رئيس لجنة الأدوية الزراعية)
يقرر
ما يلي:
المادة
الأولى:يمنع منعاً باتاً إستيراد
الأدوية الزراعية أو التي يدخل في تركيبها المركبات
الكيماوية الواردة في الجدول الملحق
والذي يعتبر جزءاً لا يتجزأ من هذا القرار.
المادة
الثانية: يلغى كل نص يتعارض
ومضمون هذا القرار.
المادة
الثالثة: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.

بالقرار رقم 94/1 تاريخ 20/5/1998والتي تعتبر جزءاً لا يتجزأ منه، وهي لاسيما
المواد الفعالة التي تدخل في تركيب الأدوية والمبيدات
الزراعية الممنوع استعمالها أو التداول بها في لبنان لأنها مضرة بالصحة العامة،
