The
Government, on the request of the Minister for Agriculture and Food
and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 of the
Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 ( No. 28 of 1977 ),
hereby order as follows:
1. This
Order may be cited as the Agriculture and Food (Delegation of
Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2002.
2. All
the powers and duties of the Minister for Agriculture and Food
conferred on the Minister -
|
|
|
|
( a ) by or under the Acts
specified in the Schedule 1 to this Order,
|
|
|
|
( b ) under the regulations and
orders specified in the Schedule 2 to this Order, and
|
|
|
|
( c ) in so far as it relates to an
Act or statutory instrument specified in Schedule 1 or Schedule 2 to this
Order, by or under the Local Government Acts 1925 to 2000 and the Local
Authorities (Officers and Employees) Acts 1926 to 1983, in relation to the
office or to the holder of the office of veterinary inspector under a local
authority,
