THE FISHERIES RESOURCES (JURISDICTION |
AND CONSERVATION) (AMENDMENT) |
REGULATIONS, 2005 |
The Minister in exercise of the
powers conferred by section 19 of the Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and
Conservation) Act, hereby makes the following Regulations - |
1.(1) These Regulations may be cited
as the Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) (Amendment)
Regulations, 2005. | Citation and commencement. |
(2) These Regulations are deemed
to have come into force on the 13' day of December, 2005. |
2. Regulation 35 of the
Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) Regulations is amended - | Amendment of regulation 35 of the
principal Regulations. |
(a) by the renumbering of the
paragraph (1); and |
(b) by the insertion immediately after
paragraph (1) of the following new paragraph - |
“(2) Notwithstanding paragraph
(1), no person shall take, land, process, sell or offer for sale any fish
commonly known as “the Nassau Grouper” during the period 13th
December, 2005 to the 12th February, 2006.”. |
