Forest Renewal Act

PRESCRIBED AMOUNT REGULATION

Prescribed amount

1 The prescribed amount for the purposes of section 11 (6) (a) of the Forest Renewal Act is

(a) $30 000 000 for the 1999/2000 fiscal year, and

(b) $50 000 000 for each fiscal year subsequent to the 1999/2000 fiscal year.
