Forest Act
1 (1) The Cariboo forest region is established as shown on the attached map titled "Cariboo forest region".
(2) The Kamloops forest region is established as shown on the attached map titled "Kamloops forest region".
(3) The Nelson forest region is established as shown on the attached map titled "Nelson forest region".
(4) The Prince George forest region is established as shown on the attached map titled "Prince George forest region".
(5) The Prince Rupert forest region is established as shown on the attached map titled "Prince Rupert forest region".
(6) The Vancouver forest region is established as shown on the attached map titled "Vancouver forest region".
2 (1) The following forest districts are established as shown on the attached map titled "Cariboo forest region": Chilcotin forest district; Horsefly forest district; Quesnel forest district; Williams Lake forest district; 100 Mile House forest district.
(2) The following forest districts are established as shown on the attached map titled "Kamloops forest region": Clearwater forest district; Kamloops forest district; Lillooet forest district; Merritt forest district; Penticton forest district; Salmon Arm forest district; Vernon forest district.
(3) The following forest districts are established as shown on the attached map titled "Nelson forest region": Arrow forest district; Boundary forest district; Columbia forest district; Cranbrook forest district; Invermere forest district; Kootenay Lake forest district.
(4) The following forest districts are established as shown on the attached map titled "Prince George forest region": Dawson Creek forest district; Fort Nelson forest district; Fort St. James forest district; Fort St. John forest district; Mackenzie forest district; Prince George forest district; Robson Valley forest district; Vanderhoof forest district.
(5) The following forest districts are established as shown on the attached map titled "Prince Rupert forest region": Bulkley-Cassiar forest district; Kalum forest district; Kispiox forest district; Lakes forest district; Morice forest district; North Coast forest district.
(6) The following forest districts are established as shown on the attached map titled "Vancouver forest region": Campbell River forest district; Chilliwack forest district; Mid Coast forest district; Port McNeill forest district; Queen Charlotte Islands forest district; South Island forest district; Squamish forest district; Sunshine Coast forest district.
