According to the point 1 and 4 of the Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 36, dated 31.01.1994 "For giving the professional licenses in sector of forests and pastures"

I. Commission of General Directorate for Forests and Pastures is the only authorized assembly that gives professional licenses.

II. Constitution of the Commission

Commission is composed from specialists of Directorate for Forests and Pastures, according to the attached list.

1. Minister of Agriculture and Food nominates the members of the commission.
2. Head of commission is the Director General. Secretary of the commission is the jurist of DGFP.

1. Discusses the requests that have been submitted.
2. After examining the requests, members of the commission give their opinion by writing.
3. By a majority of votes, the Head of commission gives the decision for professional licenses.
4. The head and the secretary sign the decision of the commission. The decision is registered in the basic register, which is kept by the secretary of the commission.
5. The notice for authorizing of professional license is given by the secretary of the commission within 7 days from approval.
6. Commission takes off the license to physical and juridical persons when Directorates for Forest Services of relevant districts submit motivated reasons.

1. Commission is gathered once time in a quarter, within the dates 25 - 30 of the last month of quarter.
2. Documents which to be discussed are chosen by the head and are given to other members of the committee 5 days before the date of meeting.
3. The meeting takes part when 2/3 of the members of committee are present.
4. Secretary of the committee takes a report on discussions and decisions of the meeting. To this report are attached the written discussions of the members.
