The incomes from state forests and pastures that are generated from wood material sale, grazing fees, medicinal plants, hunting and other activities that have to be decided legally, are managed by the Directory General of Forest and Pasture (DGFP).

Article 2

The financial contribution from the Government and foreign donors that are designated for forest and pasture projects are not included into the incomes specified. in Article 1.

Article 3

The incomes as specified in Article 1, are divided between the Government and the DGFP according to the appendix that is attached to this law. A special bank checking account is established for this purpose.

Article 4

The Counsel Board of the Directory General of Forest and Pasture determines about the management criteria of the incomes belonging to the DGFP. The General Director of the DGFP determines about the establishment criteria, the rights, duties, and the composition of this Board.

Article 5

The incomes generated of the DGFP will be used for.

• forest work (forest improvement, forestation, seedling production)
• the protection of fauna and forest and pasture biodiversity
• building, repairing and managing forest roads
• prevention of forest diseases, pests, and fires
• management of forest and pasture
• forest scientific research
• providing conditions for tourism and recreation activities

Any other legal provision not m agreement with this law is abrogated.

Article 7

The law becomes official 15 days after its publication in the Official Book.
